The PhantomPark is a really cool way to fit two cars in a one car garage. It’s also a very good way to hide that super expensive sport car from the IRS. I’m sure there are safeguards to prevent the PhantomPark from rising when there is a car on its roof.
The system won’t work where I live because Richmond is at sea level. If I try to install a PhantomPark here, the car that goes down will get very wet.

The only weapon we have to oppose the bad effects of technology is technology itself. There is no other. We can’t retreat into a nontechnological Eden which never existed…It is only by the rational use of technology, to control and guide what technology is doing, that we can keep any hopes of a social life more desireable than our own: or in fact of a social life which is not appalling to imagine.
