I don’t know for sure if this is a bike or a car. This is why I would like to ask all our readers to submit their comments to see what the new Cirbin V13R is.
Word is that this Harley-powered vehicle (first hint probably?) will soon go live on the streets with a retro fiberglass body that hides the tubular steel chassis.
It has two seats one next to the other, adjustable pedals (so it’s a car?), tachometer, fuel gauge and a speedometer. Taking a closer look and considering the $40,000 price tag I would definitely say this is a carbike.
A three-wheel drive with one sole purpose: pure fun. It should be available to the market this Spring.

I think it is a carbike as well. drive it like a car, but drive it like a bike in most conditions, like when its raining, its innovative, but, i dont think i wanna be driving in that…
